The second campus of Ho Chi Minh City Pedagogical University is located at 222 Le Van Si, Ward 14, District 03, Ho Chi Minh City with an area of ​​5,748 m2. With 04 buildings received since 1976, the total floor area of ​​more than 10,000m2 was arranged into 29 classrooms. Especially, there is 01 library here with an area of ​​about 1600 m2. The 3rd campus of Ho Chi Minh City Pedagogical University is located at 351 Lac Long Quan, Ward 5, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City. With an area of ​​8,607 m2 and the scale of 06 buildings with more than 13,500 m2 of floor use, this is the dormitory of the University of Pedagogy of Ho Chi Minh City with a capacity of 200 rooms, equivalent to 1,600 boarding students. The dormitory is equipped with 22 classrooms, contributing to ensuring the concentrated training according to the requirements of the Defense and Security Education Sector. The 4th campus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education is located at 115 Hai Ba Trung, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This is an old villa with a floor area of ​​over 400m2, 2-storey scale and built on a land area of ​​792 m2. This facility was received and arranged as the headquarter for the Institute of Education Research by the University of Education of Ho Chi Minh City. The Institute of Education Research has determined its vision, mission and development orientation as follows:

Vision: By 2030, the Educational Research Institute will be the leading research, consulting, training and education technology transfer center in Vietnam in many fields and regions.

Mission: The Educational Research Institute is a pioneer in the field of research and education technology transfer at all levels of education. The Institute is a professional unit in consulting and providing high quality research products, professional training and retraining programs.

Development orientation: Focusing on applied education science; Promoting cooperation with out-of-school entities and the labor market; Strengthening services for learners and stakeholders such as managers and teachers at all levels.

The organizational structure of the Educational Research Institute includes the Director, Deputy Director and 04 Centers: Center for Educational Research and Development, Center for Educational Technology Transfer, the Assessment Center – Quality Accreditation Of Education And International Cooperation, and the General Department Office.

With more than 40 years of establishment and development, with achievements in scientific research in education, in training and fostering teachers and transferring research results to the education and training sector in the southern provinces and nationwide, the Institute for Educational Research has been recognized as the Excellent Labor Organization for many years and awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Education and Training.
